Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)
This position is excellent for dealing with constipation and respiratory diseases. Moreover, it helps to relieve back pain, fatigue, anxiety and most importantly menstrual discomfort. It also helps to improve posture and strengthens the back muscles. Since in this position the entire burden falls on the navel, it stimulates the abdominal organs, regulates blood flow to and from the uterus, relieves pain and bloating.

Lie on your stomach on a mat for yoga. Open the legs shoulder-width apart and place your hands to the body. Now bend your knees and grasp your ankles with your hands. Inhale and lift your chest and hips off the ground.
Try to hold this position in fifteen or twenty seconds, breathing normally. Return to original position. Remember to exhale when you release the ankles.
This is a relaxing posture, so just enjoy it and do not overdo it.
Tip: Do not do this pose if you have an injury to the neck or spine if you are pregnant, after abdominal surgery or have high blood pressure.
Fish Pose (matsyasana)
This posture, just like posture bow is great fatigue, menstrual pain, anxiety, etc. It also includes the muscles of the back, neck, chest, and legs, which instantly relieves muscular pain associated with menstruation. This posture stimulates the organs of the stomach and abdomen, thereby helping to combat indigestion, flatulence and a feeling of bloating.
How do fish pose?
Lie on your back relaxed on the floor. Place your hands under your thighs, palms facing the floor. Tuck your elbows close to the body. Lift your chest, bend your head back and touch the floor with the upper part of the head. Inhale during the movement. Lean is stable elbow, the burden should fall on them, not on the head. Hold this pose for five breaths and return to the starting position breath.

Camel Pose (ustrasana)

It covers the front of the body, ankles, hips, groin, abdomen and chest. Camel pose stimulates the abdominal organs and increases blood flow to the uterus. Also relieves back pain and helps the body to relax.
How do pose a camel?
Kneeling on the floor with straight legs. Now place your hands on both sides of the pelvis, with fingers pointing downwards. Make sure your hands are resting on top of the femur. This will help the back when bending over backwards.
Then press the tail bone down and forward while keeping your upper body upright. Inhale and tilt your head back, chin pointing to the sky. Gently lean back while bending back. Now place your hands on the soles of your feet for support.
You should feel a stretch from the chin down to the abdomen and groin. Hold this position for fifteen to twenty seconds. Exhale and return to its original position.
Tip: Do not do this pose if you have neck pain or back pain, high blood pressure or suffer from migraines.
