How to use?

First use:

1. Flat the pack to find the metal disc;

2. Then bend it to motivate the pack;

3. Liquid crystallizing and heating;

4. Ready for use when pack hot.

Reuse:

1. Immerse the hard pack on boiling water;

2. 3-5 minutes later,the inside crystal become liquid again;

3. When all of the crystal become liquid,take it out from water;

4. It is ready to use when the pack cool down.

IDEAL FOR:

• Improve circulation & blood flow

• Improve flexibility & reduce muscle tension

• Provide soothing comfort heat

• Warm cold hands & feet

CAUTION:

It is advisable to check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. It is recommended that the gel pack is wrapped in cloth before applying to skin.
